1. Order Finalization: All order details are to be finalized within 24-48 hours after placing an order, unless otherwise noted by Purposefully Painted.

2. Custom Nail Sets: Please be aware that all sets offered by Purposefully Painted are custom-made, designed to your unique preferences. This means your nails will be as unique as you are.

3. Business Hours: Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.

4. Nail Set Inclusions: Each order includes 10-14 custom nails, handcrafted with care. With your first order, you'll receive a luxury prep kit that contains a glass nail file, rubber cuticle pusher, nail glue, and two alcohol pads.

5. Sizing Responsibility: Proper sizing is essential for your custom nail set. We require the use of our sizing kits with each custom set order, ensuring the perfect fit for your nails. Sizing kits can also be ordered separately. In cases where incorrect sizing is provided, the customer will need to reorder or purchase replacement nails for the correct sizing.

6. Standard Processing Time: The standard processing time for our custom nail sets is 7-14 days. Depending on the complexity of the order, sets can take up to 14 days to complete. Therefore, customers can expect to receive their orders within 7-30 days from the date of purchase.

7. Shipping: Shipping is handled through USPS, and tracking information will be provided via email once processing is complete. Please note that Purposefully Painted is not responsible for any issues or concerns that may occur during shipping. For shipping inquiries or concerns, please contact USPS directly.

8. Refunds: Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not issue refunds.
